I called 3 or 4 other heating and cooling companies neither of them answered the phone but when I gave McGinnis heating and cooling a call they answered the phone. When I told the gentleman what issues I was having I understood when I called it was late and he probably couldn’t stop by to see what the problem. But the gentleman took the time out of his lunch/dinner break to walk threw the steps while on the phone to fix my situation. So if I had to recommend a heating/cooling company I wouldn’t think twice on who to call. McGinnis heating and cooling is who I’m calling because I know their going to take care of me.
